While on the desk, remember:

- Remember to talk slowly and clearly when talking to our clients.
- The person you are talking to is having trouble performing a task. They are most likly under stress. Be nice to them
- Fill out track while you are talking to the client and try to save when you hang up to give a record of the call time.
- Never let the client see you sweat. Even if you dont know whats wrong, give the client the impression you have done this a 1000 times
- When putting a client on hold rebember to check back every 3 minutes to let them know you are still helping them
- Ask them how they are doing, find some common ground, identify with them before you get to the issue and they will be more at ease thell them to have a nice day when hanging up
- Get the manager off the phone as quickly as you can. They have a resturant to run.
